While I am not a certified gemological laboratory and cannot independently verify every stone, I strive to represent each gemstone honestly and accurately based on information provided by my suppliers and my own personal knowledge and research. If I know a stone has been treated, dyed, stabilized, or laboratory-created, I will disclose that information whenever possible.

Yes. I intentionally choose jewelry wire, chains, and findings that are labeled nickel-free or hypoallergenic because I know how important that is for many people with sensitive skin.

I have a nickel allergy myself, so I personally wear and test every style of necklace chain before offering it for sale. I have experienced no allergic reactions to any of the materials I currently use.

While every person’s skin sensitivities are unique, I take great care in selecting quality materials that I feel confident wearing myself and am proud to use in every handcrafted piece I sell.

For routine cleaning, I recommend using a small drop of Dawn® dish soap, a soft toothbrush, and room-temperature running water. Gently brush away any dirt or oils, rinse thoroughly, and dry with a clean, soft cloth or microfiber.

To help preserve your jewelry, I also recommend:

● Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, or using a hot tub or sauna.

● Avoid exposing it to chlorine, salt water, harsh cleaners, perfumes, lotions, or hairspray.

● Store your jewelry in a cool, dry location when not being worn.

● Avoid sleeping or exercising while wearing your jewelry to help prevent unnecessary wear or accidental damage.

I use high-quality jewelry wire made from a copper core with a durable silver- or gold-colored finish and a tarnish-resistant protective coating. This type of wire allows me to create beautiful, long-lasting designs that stay looking beautiful, while keeping my jewelry affordable to all.

While the wire is designed to resist tarnishing, no plated or coated jewelry is completely tarnish-proof. Over time, exposure to moisture, perfumes, lotions, household chemicals, salt water, chlorine, and normal wear may gradually affect the finish.

With proper care, and regular cleaning, your jewelry can remain beautiful for many many years. I do recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or applying personal care products, and storing it in a safe, dry place when not in use.

Yes! Gift wrapping is available for $6.00 per item.

I genuinely enjoy wrapping gifts and take the same care with the presentation as I do with creating each piece of jewelry. Whether your gift is for a birthday, anniversary, holiday, or just because, I’ll package it beautifully so it’s ready to give.

You can also include a personal gift message (up to 250 characters), which I’ll include with your gift at no additional charge.

If you’re sending your gift directly to the recipient, I’ll make sure the package is beautifully wrapped, ready to open, and without any pricing information included.

Yes! I love creating one-of-a-kind custom jewelry.

You can choose from my collection of loose gemstones or provide a stone of your own (subject to approval). We’ll discuss your preferences, such as wire color, design style, and any special details you’d like included. Because every stone and every design is unique, I don’t provide on-the-spot pricing.

Most custom pendants range from approximately $45 to $95+, depending on the size of the stone and the complexity of the wire design.

Yes! I offer free local pickup in Oak Harbor, as well as local delivery throughout Oak Harbor and much of Whidbey Island. Delivery fees vary by location and are available only within eligible ZIP codes. If your address qualifies, the appropriate pickup or delivery option will automatically appear during checkout.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unworn and in its original condition.

• Include all original packaging.

• Not be damaged, altered, or show signs of wear.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or I made an error with your order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Custom & Personalized Orders
